Cy Pres Award Donation

Many of the region’s tiniest babies are nurtured in MetroHealth’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; many of the region’s sickest and most fragile children come to MetroHealth’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit following a traumatic accident or injury.

The funds from this award will be directed to the Department of Pediatrics for the renovation of the Family Sleep Rooms. These rooms will be especially helpful to the family members of children in our intensive care units who are hospitalized for days or months. The updated sleep rooms will provide a comfortable place for parents to take a rest at the hospital near their child.
