Lakeland Community CollegeLakeland Community College was the first public college in Ohio established by a vote of the people in 1967.Since then, our students have had the opportunity to learn skill sets for high-demand careers or take credit courses that transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Today, Lakeland’s new Holden University Center provides even more access to complete a bachelor’s or graduate degree. Several leading colleges and universities now offer a variety of programs there in a state-of-the-art building directly across the street from main campus in Kirtland, which is located just south of I-90 on the Route 306 exit.
