Antioch Development Corporation

Founded in 2002, as an initiative of the historic Antioch Baptist Church, The Antioch Development Corporation (ADC), is a faith-based community development corporation located in the Fairfax neighborhood of Cleveland. The mission of ADC seeks through faith and works to develop self-sufficiency within individuals and families located in, or serving impoverished neighborhoods of Greater Cleveland through advocacy, education and linkage to resources.

ADC focuses on delivering services that address health, hunger and family security disparities impacting the urban African American community. The Bread of Life food pantry operated by ADC began serving 200 families with emergency food support when it opened in 2008. Since that time the demand for emergency food has increased substantially.
